Get to Know Jennifer Morrison
What is your role here at Acumen and what do you love about it?
I am an Associate Wealth Advisor at Acumen. I am grateful for the opportunity to fulfill my passion for serving others every day. Whether that is meeting a client’s need or assisting a fellow team member with a task or solving a problem. I also love the team approach at Acumen where collaboration is the cornerstone. No single person needs to be an expert in everything and we all truly have the mindset of “pulling the wagon” in the same direction every day.
What do you enjoy about working at Acumen?
It is so refreshing to work for a firm where everyone on the team has the same thoughtfulness for others and is working towards the same goal which is to do the right thing for our clients and each other. The positive and supportive environment I experience daily is very rare and I’m blessed to be a part of it. I have always taken pride in the work that I do, but I can say that the level of motivation that I have here at Acumen is far and above anything I’ve experienced in the past.
What motivates you?
I have a passion for human connection, empowering people, impactful work, meaningful relationships, and being an agent of change in the workplace. I am motivated by providing innovative and efficient solutions to complex problems.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Pilates, yoga, crocheting, Legos, playing video games, hiking, and spending time with my family – which includes 11 grandkids! 😊

I am a fixer. I enjoy gathering information about the challenge at hand and bringing resources together to solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
