What is your role here at Acumen and what do you love about it?
As a Client Service Associate at Acumen, I find immense satisfaction in my role supporting our wealth advisors and portfolio managers. What truly excites me about this position is the chance to be a key supporter, which resonates deeply with my natural inclination to help others. I love knowing that my contributions are valued and that I play a part in our team’s success. It’s incredibly fulfilling to be in a role where my supportive nature can thrive and make a meaningful impact.
What do you enjoy about working at Acumen?
There’s never a dull moment. Everyone here is hardworking and down-to-earth, making it a pleasure to work with them. It’s a healthy work environment where you’re encouraged to grow, and support is always available along the way.
What motivates you?
What drives me is the sense of purpose I find in making genuine connections with people. Building meaningful relationships is not just fulfilling; it’s what I find most significant in life. Knowing that I can make a difference in someone’s life through these connections is my greatest motivation.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy walking downtown and getting fresh air. I also love paddleboarding and cooking. Additionally, I like to vlog and hope to get back into filming for my YouTube channel one day.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received and why?
“Focus on one thing you love doing and pursue it as a career. Strive to be the best at it, and let your passion drive you. In fact, be so dedicated that it becomes an obsession.”
Why this quote resonates with me is that it really helps get rid of all the noise and brings me back into focus on what’s important.
