Financial guidance should feel personal, seamless, and rooted in trust and my role is to make sure every interaction reflects that belief.
As Client Experience Coordinator at Acumen Wealth Advisors, I support both our advisory team and our clients by creating an organized, thoughtful experience at every touchpoint. I’m known for my attention to detail and my ability to anticipate needs before they arise. When clients work with Acumen, my goal is for them to feel cared for, confident, and at ease because I believe exceptional service is built in the small moments that often go unnoticed but are always felt.
I bring more than 15 years of experience in client service, organization, and operational support to my role. Prior to joining Acumen, I worked at a private equity firm in St. Louis, where I supported complex teams and earned an Impact Award from my peers for my contributions. That experience sharpened my ability to manage details with precision while keeping people and relationships at the center of everything I do.
This people first approach aligns closely with Acumen’s commitment to thoughtful, relationship driven service. I’m proud to be part of a firm where excellence isn’t just measured by outcomes, but by how clients feel throughout the journey. At Acumen, trust isn’t transactional and I take pride in helping create an environment where that trust can grow.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our four adult kids, staying active at the gym, and playing golf and tennis, along with more recent pursuits like pickleball and mahjong. After spending time living out of state, I’m excited to reconnect and get involved in my community again. While in St. Louis, I enjoyed supporting organizations that serve underprivileged school age children and PGA REACH, and I look forward to continuing that involvement going forward.
