Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and an Executive Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Jennifer’s career has encompassed information technology, continuous process improvement, and project and program management. Driven by her strong commitment to service and her desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, Jennifer transitioned to the financial services industry nearly five years ago. She has focused on both advisory and leadership roles in FinTech operations, retirement planning, trust administration, and 401(k) management. Jennifer’s diverse experience provides her with a unique perspective, enabling her to connect effective outcomes with complex needs, foster collaboration, empower and support others, and deliver personalized and transformational value to clients and team members. Jennifer resides in Signal Mountain, Tennessee with three rescue dogs she adores. Jennifer loves practicing yoga, crocheting, outdoor adventures, and spending as much time with family and friends as possible.
